I am using clever dodo by registering through facebook but i will deactivate that account soon so is there a way that i can login in here.

Go to the login page and click on the "Forgot Password" link and enter your email address (the one associated with your facebook account). This will send you an email which will allow you to reset your password. Once you have a new password for your account, you will be able to log in with your email address and new password and you can then deactivate your facebook account without losing your posts and points on Clever Dodo.

If you're closing your email account as well, then you will need to use the contact form so that your account can be migrated. But I don't think you're doing that, right?
